Purpose of Data Processing

- Service Delivery: To facilitate the connection between Passengers and Drivers and to execute the transport agreement.
- Safety and Security: To verify the identity of Users, monitor trip progress in real-time, and maintain a secure environment through background checks and platform monitoring.
- Financial Administration: To process payments, calculate fares, and manage disbursements to Drivers.
- Customer Support: To investigate and resolve User concerns, disputes, or technical issues.

- Inter-User Communication: Sharing necessary details between Passengers and Drivers, such as name, vehicle details, and location, to facilitate a booked trip.
